Freelancer/Consultant - Performance Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Understand client's business, industry, digital objectives, targets, etc.
2. Create a strategy & direction for brand's performance marketing initiatives
3. Create and manage digital campaigns across all ad platforms (Google, FB, LinkedIn majorly)
4. Manage budgets & optimize the ad campaigns to achieve desired KPIs of ROAS, Sale, Leads, etc.
5. Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed target KPIs
6. Develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting templates & frameworks to track results & KPIs
7. Work closely with the reporting manager & the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
8. Manage client relationships & regularly update them on progress made across all activities
9. Work closely with wider marketing team to develop digital assets for campaigns
An ideal resource would have :
1. 3-4 years of experience in working across performance marketing campaigns
2. Actively worked across key ad platforms - Search, Display, FB, LinkedIn
3. Good knowledge & working understanding of Google Analytics - Setting up account, tracking, etc.
4. Good keyword research skills
5. Good acumen on structuring campaigns across all key ad platforms
6. Good communication skills & client managing skills
