Job Description :
- Perform Market research to identify Quality leads
- Deliver sales presentation that addresses the client need on Priority
- Responsible in developing sales in the targeted market(s) for staffing Industry, achieving end to end relationship and business opportunities from clients leading to revenue growth. Grow business through penetration of new verticals & customer segments
- Responsible for selling multiple Solutions (Recruitment - RPO / PERM / Contract)
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
- Candidate need to pitch to the different IT / Non IT services to the clients.
Skills Required :
1. Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
2. Experience in handling IT / Non IT clients
3. Active in Social media network.
