Freelance To India - Business Developer (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through client relationship management. Cold calling and coordination with clients and constant communication shall be major duties in the job.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, and email.
- Will be responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- Explore new channels of sales and formulate and implement strategies to penetrate the new market.
- Manage to bid on portals, proposal writing, lead generation, end-to-end client communication.
- Aggressively chase targets and meet deadlines and should have excellent presentation skills.
- Responsibilities include client retention and lead nurturing.
- Closely monitoring of work in progress, customer complaints and accounts receivables.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the companies payment terms.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Requirements :
- Should have very good communication skills. Excellent Email etiquette and proficiency in written spoken English.
- Should be persistent & persuasive in approach and capable of making decisions.
