Freelance/Executive - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-4 yrs)
Digiquint is looking for young, energetic professionals, who are passionate about client acquisition and sales. The selected candidates will be designated as Business development executive, and will be responsible client acquisition and retention for Manpower and staffing services.
Responsibilities :
- Business Development Executive are responsible for developing, generating and growing new Manpower business, creating innovative online marketing sales plans and exhibiting expertise in Staffing solutions.
- Responsibilities include onboarding new clients and getting the manpower requirements. The position demands an entrepreneurial minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts. (We like increasing numbers!). A strong candidate will have an excellent sale and closing skills.
- Need to be proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.
- We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills and understanding of staffing solutions.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognised institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
- 2 - 4 years of Business to business (B2B) service based sales experience is preferable.
- Strong new business development skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.
- Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office Applications.
