Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Freelancer Engagement Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and expanding our freelancer network, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate continuous growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Freelancer Database Management :
- Manage the existing database of freelancers.
- Generate more freelancers through different portals and recruitment channels.
2. Freelancer Outreach :
- Connect with new freelancers daily through calls and messages.
- Introduce them to SnapFind and assess their potential.
3. Team Formation and Profile Generation :
- Organize freelancers into specific teams based on roles and expertise.
- Facilitate the generation of candidate profiles from these teams.
4. Content Sharing and Motivation :
- Share engaging content and motivational messages to keep freelancers active and productive.
- Regularly update freelancers on new opportunities and platform features.
5. Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, recognizing their professional status.
- Ensure freelancers feel valued and supported in their roles.
6. Query Resolution :
- Address and resolve freelancer queries within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Provide timely and effective support to ensure freelancer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate freelancers through effective communication.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and portals is a plus.

Hybrid Mode - WORK FROM OFFICE
Work Timings - 10AM - 7 PM
Working Days - 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays off)
