Freelance - Engagement Manager (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Freelancer Database Management:
- Manage the existing database of freelancers.
- Generate more freelancers through different portals and recruitment channels.
Freelancer Outreach:
- Connect with new freelancers daily through calls and messages.
- Introduce them to SnapFind and assess their potential.
Team Formation and Profile Generation:
- Organize freelancers into specific teams based on roles and expertise.
- Facilitate the generation of candidate profiles from these teams.
Content Sharing and Motivation:
- Share engaging content and motivational messages to keep freelancers active and productive.
- Regularly update freelancers on new opportunities and platform features.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, recognizing their professional status.
- Ensure freelancers feel valued and supported in their roles.
Query Resolution :
- Address and resolve freelancer queries within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Provide timely and effective support to ensure freelancer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate freelancers through effective communication.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and portals is a plus
