Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in target industries and geographical areas.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Present and promote HR Huddle's services to potential clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and develop customized proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the HR Huddle team on market insights and client needs.
4. Reporting and Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and lead generation efforts.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HR or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong network of business contacts is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indian labour laws is a strong plus.
