Freecharge - City Head (4-12 yrs)
Role: Asst Manager/Deputy Manager
Experience: 4 to 12 Yrs.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing Offline Merchant Network across different merchant categories & drive Cross Sales Products (Business Loan, Insurance etc.) for assigned territory
- Build Offline Channel from scratch i.e., Starting from Vendor/Partner onboarding, team establishment, Geography planning, competition mapping and FOS onboarding
- Integrate multi-channel modes for the merchant and customer acquisition on ekyc along with sourcing, training, and managing FOS sales team
- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory and further establish the team for business activity on the field
- Will be responsible for driving channel sales strategy from top to bottom and will engage with various stakeholders for execution of the same
- Plan, appoint & manage channel partners, FOS, and supervisors
- In-depth understanding of channel and business drivers, to retain and grow existing accounts
- Understand customers' key business drivers and supports the team in creating a profitable business
- Attract & train manpower to improvise the productivity of the sales team
- Suggest & execute BTL activities for an acquisition of merchants
- Provide timely & structured feedback - operator, user & competitors
- Should have 4-12 years prior experience in creating and managing channel preferably for Banking, fintech, telecom, FMCG, FMCD or insurance companies
- Should possess an in-depth knowledge of geography in which needs to manage
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, in order to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and MS Project
- Excellent business acumen, problem-solving ability, and tech savvy
- Sensitivity to the organization's goals and values and the ability to relay them internally with the team, and externally with the partners
