Franolaxy Consulting - Territory Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Finalize Corporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands. Making calls to business owners with need to expand business and arranging face to face meetings to acknowledge the clients requirement.
2. Generating new business from these clients. Converting these new businesses into key accounts.
3. Arranging face to face meeting with brands and investor on daily basic, visiting there place and doing brand meeting for franchise location.
4. New Client acquisition through Corporate tie ups and Business Development from new and existing clients through cold calling, followed by client meetings
5. Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for prospective Clients
6. Personal visits to corporate involving presentations of the company and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
7. Arranging events for brands meeting with the investors, do random calling to investors those are looking for new business to start.
8. Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
9. Handling Brand and Investor portfolio
10. Channel Development/Franchise Development
11. Selling various brands (or business /franchising concepts)
12. Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile.
13. Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement
14. Maintain loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
15. Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.
16. Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both client as well as investors. Hence providing total client as well as customer satisfaction.
- Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee and advice to company owner of new opportunities
- Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, franchisee's potential, and financials, franchisee experience and vision
- Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating company's terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement
- To make a plan to develop the franchisee leads develop the Franchisee to build the team, train and increase sales.
- Work as point of contact between the franchisee and the franchiser, and ensure that any issues/ concerns are aptly and timely addressed
- Ensure that the franchisee is in compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures
- Ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation
- Keeping track of all walking investors in event allocate the brands as per there requirements.
- Taking care of the Brands which are allocated.
- Taking download meeting from every brand on weekly basic if changes in their terms & conditions
- Designing, developed and maintained the sales process in the organization (including its sales, services, end to end solution regular sending weekly and daily reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Obtaining client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
- Managing tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
- Driving client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients. Achieving Top and Bottom line Revenue & Profitability
