Job Description :
- Meet prospective clients, Doing client meeting, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
- Generating new business from these clients.
- Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including Outbound and Inbound prospect management
- Converting these new businesses into key accounts.
- Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on market situation and competition
- Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
- To make a plan to develop the franchise leads to develop the Franchisee to build the team, train and increase sales.
- Managing these key accounts by servicing them to the client's satisfaction.
- Developing new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet.
- Understanding clients brief and articulate it into a meaningful deliverable.
- Obtaining client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
- Managing tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
- Driving client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients.
- Achieving Top and Bottom line Revenue & Profitability.
- Training and Managing a team of line managers.
- Creating synergies amongst the client.
- Identifying and targeting new clients from different industries.
- Conducting regular research on prospects for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated need.
- Must have good communication skills in English.
