Responsibilities :

- Quick solution to the problems; if required coordination with higher authorities for a decision.

- Responsible for the overall operations of the Lab To assure the report results are accurate

- Obtaining feedback from Medical Practitioners, Hospitals, Institutions, Clients (Govt., Semi - Govt. and Private organizations) regarding the services provided.

- Organizing Medical/Health Camps

- Complaint handling & reducing complaints

- Should be able to explain the Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors service, care, and treatments to potential patients.

- Should have health counselling skills and convincing skills.

Skills:

- Good command over Hindi, English, local language.

- Willing to travel on a day to day basis to meet doctors.

- Ability to work in a team and interact with people.

- Result oriented, dynamic and having experience in similar jobs.

- Appropriate educational and technical qualifications.
