Franolaxy Consulting - Manager - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Making calls to business owners/Brands with need to expand business and arranging face to face meetings to acknowledge the clients requirement.
- Designing, developed and maintained the sales process in the organization (including its sales, services, end to end solution regular sending weekly and daily reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Arranging face to face meeting with brands and investor on daily basic, visiting there place and doing brand meeting for franchise location.
- Arranging events for brands meeting with the investors, do random calling to investors those are looking for new business to start.
- Keeping track of all walking investors in event allocate the brands as per there requirements.
- Taking care of the Brands which is allocated.
- Designing, developed and maintained the sales process in the organization (including its sales, services, end to end solution regular sending weekly and daily reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Developing new franchise by planning and organizing, Meeting with exclusive investors / seminars and bringing strong insight to the task of creating new franchisee.
- Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise.
- Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way.
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement.
- To participate event and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee.
- Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain company's franchisee model and to get them register.
- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
- Handling Brand and Investor portfolio
- Channel Development/Franchise Development
- Taking download meeting from every brand on weekly basic if changes in their terms & conditions
- Giving Presentations about our services to investors & Brands.
- Arranging con call between Brands, investors & reporting head.
- Executing procedure, performing detailed data analysis, reach conclusion, document results, & suggest ideas for efficiency. Recognize relevant issues & assess the risks associated with various client transactions
- A single point of contact for managers regarding sales & services.
- Giving Presentations about our services to investors & Brands.
- Maintain loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
- Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability.
- Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both client as well as investors. Hence providing total client as well as customer satisfaction.
