Work Summary :
1. Primarily acquiring new franchisee/sub broker/IFA's for Insurance in the Region.
2. Identifying new channel partners & ensuring they are profitable.
3. Revenue generation through the Channel Partners.
4. Achieve Monthly Business Numbers/Premium/Revenue.
5. Maintain desired Renewal Persistency.
6. Maintain a Healthy Product Mix.
7. Operational Discipline- Login to Issuance%.
8. Create & Maintain healthy Relationship with Partners- IFAs/Franchise/Sub-brokers & Insurers.
9. Ensuring smooth induction of the franchisee/sub broker/IFA's
10. Building and increasing depth in existing relationships & acquiring new franchisee / sub broker / IFA's for Insurance Sale.
11. Reporting in desired formats for due evaluation and strategy formulation
12. Servicing of existing franchisees / sub broker / IFA's.
Role & Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for Insurance Business Development through Franchise channel across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Tamil Nadu.
2. Conducting Seminars and promotional Activities to drive client acquisition by the Channel Partners for Insurance Sale.
3. Domain knowledge training and presentations to the Franchise/sub broker/IFA's on Insurance.
4. Formulating business plan & implement corporate policies and strategies to achieve organisational goals.
5. Strong involvement in the preparation of business presentations, sales presentations, customised solution as per the requirement.
6. Preparing statistical analytical reports from collective information about new area of business in the Insurance market.
7. Analysing the market potentials for the Insurance Product used and follow up with root cause analysis for the exiting failures with product.
