Job Description
- Acquire New Sub Broker
- Business development & servicing of existing Sub Brokers
- Cross sell from Sub Brokers
Key Responsibilities
- Managerial Responsibilities FRM (Franchisee Relationship Manager)
- Functional Responsibilities Meeting with new partners
- Business development activity for existing partners
- Risk Management For partner clients
- Managing good relation with existing partners
- Train partners on in house research call
- Adherence to compliance
- Responsible for Business Development through Acquisition of Franchisees /Business Associates for generating Revenue through Equity /Commodity / Currency /Mutual funds / Insurance / Bonds etc / Multiple product offering from our organization
- Responsible to generate revenue through Existing and New franchisees
- Provide training for the New Franchisees about the financial products of the company
- Responsible to monitor the performance of Franchisees and ensure the existing relationships are further strengthened.
Desired Profile :
- Graduate with Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in Broking Sector
Job Requirements
- Functional Competencies MS OFFICE, Trading terminal
- To have market knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Financial market, products
