Franchise Sales Specialist - Retail (5-10 yrs)
Position Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales, along with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language. The Franchise Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving franchise sales through innovative sales strategies, effective funneling, and pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective franchise sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, networking events, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees through ongoing communication and engagement.
- Conduct presentations and sales meetings to educate potential franchisees about our brand and opportunities.
- Guide potential franchisees through the sales process, from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to facilitate the franchise sales process smoothly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM software.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees during the onboarding process and beyond.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and attract potential franchisees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Creative and innovative thinker with a willingness to explore new sales strategies and approaches.
