Franchise Manager - Sales - Pesticides (0-1 yrs)
Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchises. Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and developing new franchisees for the business. Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.
Job responsibilities :
- Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchises.
- Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and developing new franchisees for the business.
- Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.
- Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants
- Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
- Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise
- The commitment of monthly & quarterly franchise recruitment target for self & team and to reach them.
Job requirements :
- A proven experience of 2 to 5 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in India
- An experience of working in a medical and Pharmaceutical company and a knowledge of franchise development in the same is highly preferable.
- Excellent relationship building, excellent business acumen, negotiation and diplomatic client handling skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Track record of achievements in previous roles with an unmatched sense of accountability and business commitments
- The ability to foresee upcoming challenges or obstacles and proactively set measures to minimize the possible impact on running a business and thus developing a good business franchise is a definite plus.
