- Brand Activations
- Brand communications via ATL/BTL & digital platforms - prelaunch, launch & sustenance.
- Execute brand and sponsor activities on-ground, ensuring optimum cost management
- BTL/ Field marketing/ promotions/ brand activation
- Ensure smooth functioning and relationships with partners & internal customers by coordinating internally for their needs
- Regular reporting from and to other cities on brand developments and activations
- Set benchmarks in process compliance
- Booking & Releasing of Ads for Brand campaigns and ensuring that the same has appeared as per sanctioned media plan
- Driving & Managing Creative Meetings with Ad Agency and ensuring the agency delivers the ads on time.
- Creation & implementation of Marketing Calendar
- Undertaking market feasibility study in the launch cities.
- Market due diligence for new projects and recommending inputs towards New launches
- Media planning, buying, vendor management & negotiations
- Organize exhibitions & events.
- Establishing necessary marketing infrastructure from scratch for new launches.
- Planning and executing of branding related activities, defining the project marketing budget, campaign planning, media planning, vendor management, design and production of all collateral (Website, Brochure, AV Presentation, legal doc and etc.)
