Franchise Head (7-15 yrs)
As the Head of Franchise Acquisition and Stores Operations in the Retail Super market industry, you will be responsible for achieving key performance objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding the business through new franchise acquisitions.
- Set and achieve annual targets for franchisee signups, focusing on strategic regions.
- Coordinate new store projects to ensure timely launch and handover to the operations team.
- Oversee the entire process from conception to execution, with a particular focus on stores with Capex values.
- Lead and motivate the team to identify and appoint new franchisees in line with expansion targets.
- Negotiate franchisee term sheets, finalize agreements, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Identify suitable properties and negotiate favorable terms for franchisee outlets.
- Provide support, consultation, and analytical insights to franchise partners for profitable sales.
- Prepare regular reports on franchise development and operational performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new franchise partners.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the success and profitability of franchise-operated stores.
- Take end to end ownership and get 8-10 NDA's signed a month, store opening & launch is target for this Role.
- Generating required leads for the conversion and With the help of team calling, follow-up and converting the leads.
Taking care of Pan India
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Retail sales with a specific focus on franchise acquisition.
- Strong negotiation skills for closing franchise agreements and securing favorable property terms.
