- This role is for a motivated, organized, and creative individual who can build and leverage key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


- As a Sales Professional, you will have to have a strong track record of revenue generation via a consultative selling approach. This is purely for managers who are confident of closing deals from CEO's, CXO's, Founders and Proprietors, Partners of SME's and bigger corporates.

- Having sold services, advertising packages etc to SME's and Corporates in your previous roles is compulsory as you will be selling franchisebazar.com website packages, our consulting services and media and marketing solutions for brands looking at expanding their business and for franchisors looking at appointing franchisees and channel partners across India.

Here is the role in greater detail :

1. B2B Corporate Sales : Reach out to all types of corporates, business owners, brands and companies seeking Business Expansion. For growth and access to newer markets, these companies will need Franchisees, Partners, Distributors, Dealers, and Agents. They may also need consulting services to structure their franchise models, documentation etc and hence you will be involved in doing consulting services selling.


- You may also connect them with the desired marketing services and connect them to entrepreneurs they need, through our platforms and hence you will offer these brands, our entire range of franchise consulting, marketing, brokerage and appointment of franchises across India or our franchise recruitment services through a very thorough a solution selling approach. You will participate primarily in business to business (b2b) sales dealing with CEO's, founders, proprietors, and owners of the business and do a lot of solution selling for Business-To-Business Clients.

2. Structure Deals - Be A Deal Maker & do Deal Closure : Sign up clients for our Digital Advertising Sales Packages, Advertising Sales Packages, Consulting Solutions, and other Customized Plans through which clients recruit franchises / Business Partners using our email campaigns, discovery day programs, digital marketing activities, and franchise consulting & brokerage services based on their exact budgetary allocations and requirements. You will always be involved in new customer acquisition.

3. Play the Match-Maker : Reach out to Brands as per the requirements of Entrepreneurs who have registered with us and are seeking opportunities of their choice. You will have to be able to negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise with several franchisors and enable the transaction, helping our teams to broker the deal.
