Franchise Acquisition Manager (2-8 yrs)
Job Title : Franchise Acquisition Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Franchisee Acquisition & Servicing: Acquire new franchisees while providing excellent service to existing ones.
- Lead Generation: Grow the franchise network through events, referrals, data mining, and cold calling.
- Market Analysis: Continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development trends.
- Cross-Sell Third-Party Products: Maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling additional products.
- Sales Targets: Acquire a minimum of 2 franchisees per month with an average revenue of - 50k per franchise.
- Target Achievement: Ensure revenue generation of at least 1X of the CTC on a month-on-month (MoM) basis.
Experience Required (Minimum 5 years) :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise acquisition, sales, or B2B business development.
- Proven experience in negotiating deals, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for meeting potential franchisees.
Qualification Required : Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
