Client Relationship Manager | Account management
1. Identifying potential clients and building relations in order to generate business requirements.
2. Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers & IT Recruiters.
3. Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
4. Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
5. Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
6. Should have knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates.
7. Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
8. Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
9. Creating and maintaining a database of potential Clients.
10. Identify new business opportunities and be responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities.
11. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Director.
14. Follow up with the Clients on regular basis
15. Strategic planning & execution.
