Fractal Analytics - Event Manager (6-14 yrs)
Brief about role :
The role requires you to set the stage for the conferences and other events organized by Fractal. You will be responsible for driving the content and program architecture for each event and collaborate with different stakeholders, internal and external, for a seamless execution.
Responsibilities :
- Design the event format and identify programs which meet the requirements of our target audience
- Ability to effectively articulate the event value proposition to the clients, prospects and sponsors
- Create the most compelling client-driven content based on market needs by sourcing both internal and external sources, and create effective audience acquisition campaigns
- Continually work to refresh the event value proposition utilizing consistent evaluation and product-development processes
- Understand the location and venue specifications for each event format, and set strategy and operational directions to find a suitable long-term solution for sourcing of venues and partnering with other vendors
- Exceptional project management including ownership and adherence of timelines and templates and accurately track and evaluate results on overall project goals
- Lead the team responsible for selecting, evaluating and managing event venues, contract negotiations and the global calendar
- Lead the on-site teams to capture feedback on all vendors, and ensure the necessary adjustments for a seamless delivery of the event
Must Have :
- 6 to 13 years experience in end-to-end management of business events with the objective of client retention and conversion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation skills
- Strong background in conference/event management (strongly desired)
