Position : After-Sales Manager
Role Definition:
As an after-sales executive, one would be required to debug and solve customer issues related to the functionality of our printers. This would include providing the necessary training to resellers and customers as and when required.

Education requirements
- Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics (Not Engineering)
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in the service. Also, be aware and have minimum knowledge of 3D printers.
CTC : 16000 -18000 PM
Responsibility Deliverable:
- Debug & Solve Issues
- Revenue generation
- Ensure tickets are created and resolved
- Create helpdesk documentation
Tasks and Activities:
- Support Aftersales Manager in resolving customer issues
- Strive to close tickets in the shortest TAT based on process
- Maintain documentation for issues faced and resolutions.
- Attend to customer calls & help them identify issues remotely
- Support customer online & via exotel
- Make video tutorials on common issue resolutions
- Travel to support customers
- Installation of machines at the customer site
- Requesting product changes based on customer feedback
- Machine maintenance and customer account management
- Revenue generation by Sales of accessories and filaments
- Feedback collection from customer
Important points :
The individual should be open to travel and visit the customer place in Karnataka and interstate. 2 wheeler with all required documents and DL is important for the person to have. He should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
