1. Meet and exceed sales targets
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Fracktal Works' customer base and ensures its strong presence.
3. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
4. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
5. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
6. Should keep strong communication between the sales and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications :
1. 1-3 years quota carrying sales experience
2. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
3. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
