Job Responsibility :

- Ownership of the entire content piece for OneCard

- Brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute campaign requirements

- Drive Social media content - planning, ideas and execution; lead creation and successful execution of the monthly content calendar

- Own content/platform efficacy measurement across all platforms

- Constant secondary research to ensure creation of high-engagement blog content

- Crafting/Vetting in-app content, FAQs and other product related communication

- Crafting of simple yet compelling copy for campaigns, across channels like app notifications, SMS, Videos, Emails, Ads

- Creating and ensuring website content is updated and written in a manner that appeals to and resonates with the -target audience

- Stay updated on news, events and trends in the BFSI industry, Fintech start up space

- Track the social media, digital initiatives of competition and any other fintech brands in the space.
