FoxyMoron - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
- Working with Account Management, Creative and other internal functional teams.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Contributing to pitch presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business.
- Managing the team work in terms of presentations, daily activities etc.
- The ability to tell a story and convey the ideas and plans to the client in the most exciting way possible.
- Introduce the new client to the Account Management team and assist the team to work for the new client.
- Account Mining activities
- Coordinating with the internal teams to conceptualize new offerings to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Competitor analysis: Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts.
- Providing management with client / market feedback.
- Ability to identify client needs and deciding deliverables for the same.
- Organize weekly team meetings to track work progress and provide feedback to the team as a whole.
- Organize regular one-on-one discussion (with team members) to provide and collect individual feedback
- Hire capable, independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately
- Create a team culture of research and self-development
- Build a more capable team by mentoring and guiding them to find solutions proactively - on the client-side as well as internally.
- Work with the L&D team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies
- Update self and the team on the latest industry trends
