Job Description : Senior Marketing Manager- Remote
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on the development of consumer-facing communication and advertising vehicles.
- Work with PR outreach and web agencies for digital assets.
- Lead distribution and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing communications, including sales collateral, letters, videos, and interactive content.
- Manage day-to-day communication and development for global innovation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Create editorial and advertising calendars aligned with business unit goals and marketing KPIs.
- Generate customer-facing content (copy, video, etc.) across various channels (social, digital, traditional).
- Identify content and channel combinations that attract qualified customers.
- Maintain brand guidelines and editorial governance.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills with excellent follow-up.
- Expert in Web Sales & SEO for team management and monitoring results.
- Communicate effectively to various audiences within the organization.
- Manage multiple assignments and exercise sound judgment based on analysis and experience.
- Provide timely marketing analysis and advice to key stakeholders.
- Manage the business unit budget throughout the year, adjusting as needed based on successes and opportunities.
Competencies & Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 12-15 years of experience in Marketing
- Stay up-to-date on industry and business unit offerings.
- Demonstrated management experience (5 years) and understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing (5 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred software experience includes MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Premiere Pro, SEO, Photoshop, Google Ad Words, SEM Rush, and more.
- Critical thinking and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in Microsoft product
