Foxtale - Manager - Search Engine Optimization (3-6 yrs)
Foxtale is one of the fastest-growing D2C Skincare brands in India. We have grown 7x in the last 6 months and are funded by marquee investors such as Matrix Partners India and Kae Capital.
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to help us expand Foxtale's organic reach on Google. Organic growth lies at the heart of our future growth strategy. To succeed in this role, you will need to define a winning SEO strategy and build a strong content department to execute it. You will develop the mechanisms to track progress and refine actions based on funnel behavior and conversion rates. This is a new and important role and you will need to build everything from scratch in an accelerated timeline.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 3+ years of experience in managing SEO in D2C companies. Having worked with D2C E-commerce is an added advantage.
- Should be living in Mumbai/willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Must have the agility to work in fast-paced delivery-oriented ecosystem; own the process and drive content as well as execution
- Should have overall knowledge of Website optimization/performance, On-Page optimization, Off-page optimization, Social Media Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and Web Analytics.
- Experience with link-building processes, keyword generation, internet marketing, Search Engine Optimization techniques (preferably Google), and competitive analysis is a must.
- Should be able to handle Google optimization, Yahoo, Bing, Reciprocal Linking Management, Directory Submissions, Planning and Implementing Internet Marketing Strategies
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS skills, proficient with Wordtracker, Google keyword tool, and other SEO tools.
- Should know how and when to scale the team and then manage and train them
