Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join a team of Marketing Experts, Engineers and Doctors at Fourth Frontier (www.fourthfrontier.com). We have developed a unique wearable device and have customers across the US, UK and EU. We are now looking to scale up production and add new features for the end-User.

What you Will be doing :

- Develop visual concepts and designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to: social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, brochures, and event materials.

- You will be responsible for designing and developing high-converting landing pages. - You will work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and goals, and then use your design and development skills to create visually stunning, responsive landing pages that drive conversions and engagement

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to create designs that align with marketing objectives.

- Create designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate marketing messages to the intended audience.

- Develop designs that are optimised for various digital and print platforms, ensuring high-quality graphics that are visually appealing and optimised for the intended medium.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to produce the most effective designs and maintain a high level of creativity.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

- Work collaboratively with other team members and provide creative input to enhance overall team performance.

- Maintain accurate records of project status, revisions, and design assets to ensure consistent branding and easy access for future use.

- Overall, as a graphic designer in the marketing field, you will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that effectively communicate marketing messages to the intended audience, implement them via code or node-code tools as required, while maintaining brand guidelines and optimising designs for various platforms.

- Collaboration, attention to detail, and creativity are key skills necessary for success in this role.

What you should have :

- You must have skills to implement your designs on platforms like shopify or similar. ( - This is super important and cannot be discounted )

- 3D Design Skills to create e-commerce and other marketing collateral

- 4- 6+ years of experience of relevant experience

- Experience in managing a team of 2 to 3 graphic designers

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous landing page designs and implementations and other design capabilities.

- Experience designing & implementing landing pages in shopify, wordpress or similar platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

- Ability to handle constructive feedback and implement changes to improve designs.

- Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have :

- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as google analytics, klaviyo, zapier, shopify.

- Experience building pitch decks, proposals, etc will be a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques
