Role : Social Media and Content Executive
- We are looking for an ambitious, creative, energetic person to for managing social media channels and content development.
- You will be responsible for driving growth of the business through content led marketing efforts including blogs, videos, model shoots and managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. We are looking for a self-driven, motivated individual who is entrepreneurial.
Specific responsibilities are below :
1. Accountable for all organic marketing initiatives on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, to drive traffic, engagement, that delivers sales and customer retention.
2. Developing and executing on a plan for growing Instagram followers
3. Writing blogs and helping conceptualize other forms of content such as Video, Images and Photo shoots
4. Coordinating with agencies for influencer marketing efforts
5. A deep understanding of best practices of the main social media channels (especially Instagram and Facebook), including content and approaches that work on each and why
Skills & Qualifications :
1. Experience in content writing, creation, and social media
2. Work experience in an online business or media company preferred
3. Proficiency in English verbal and written
4. Team management skills preferred
5. Creative communication course from a top college is a must
6. Must be innovative and be an out of box thinker
Compensation : The total compensation package will be a mix of base salary plus sales-based incentive that enables the strong performer to earn a highly competitive overall salary. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with an incentive-based salary package.
