- Should be able to handle Team
- Do the Cold Calling, Reporting & Updating performance of the Team
- Manage team members according to work.
- Interaction with Clients & With Builders over phone
- Conduct Survey of Projects/Campaigns in a respective location once a week OR if & when required
- Prepare the Survey Report as per the format given
- Take the customer's requirement & update on the CRM
- Providing guidance to buyers for scheduling site visits on the Projects tied up with fourrwalls.com
- Continuous touch with Builder sales Team & inform them about clients requirement
- Maintain activity on CRM & communicate with customers on email & calls
- Maintain total MIS on the CRM or EXCEL sheet .
- Key Requirements :
- Worked already in Real Estate Industry will be given first preference
- Fluency in English is Must.
- Should be a team player and be able to meet deadlines
- Should have strong knowledge of Excel, Word.
