Fountainhead International B.V. - Team Leader - Sales (5-9 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of team management experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts and leading a team of sales professionals. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and has a proven track record of successfully managing a sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales plans to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide sales training, and share best practices to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing regular updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and continuous learning.
