Fossils Media - Digital Marketing Role (7-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to Organic and Sponsored Campaigns on search and social media, marketing database, and email marketing campaigns
- Establish, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Identifies the website's critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels to improve conversion rate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Establish a digital marketing team by recruiting, orienting, training, and appraising employees.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years (with at least 4 years experience in managing a team) in B2C demand generation in the pharma/healthcare/wellness industry
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
- Experience in marketing automation/CRM tools like Marketo, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahref, Moz, and Search Console
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
