Job Overview :
- As the Campaigns and Communications - Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing campaigns, developing communication strategies, and ensuring they align with our mission and objectives. This role demands the fusion of innovative campaign development and strategic communications with a deep understanding of our mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy and Development (~40%) :
- Develop and lead comprehensive campaign strategies that align with our partner's mission and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget.
- Identify and activate strategic partnerships to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Create and refine the campaign's content and messaging to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and target audience engagement.
- Ensure a unified and impactful visual representation of the campaign, aligning with project strategic goals
- Manage influencer engagement and public relations efforts to promote campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on real-time data and performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign progress and results for clients and internal stakeholders.
Communication Strategy and Execution (~40%) :
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support campaign goals and overall organizational objectives.
- Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and communication with key stakeholders.
- Create compelling narratives and messaging to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement under each campaign.
- Present communication strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Budget Management and Interdepartmental Coordination (~20%) :
- Manage budgets for campaigns and communication efforts across all digital and traditional channels to drive efficiency.
- Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure timely implementation and delivery of dependencies for campaigns and communication initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in campaign development, communication strategy, and public relations, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the social impact or campaign-driven sectors.
- Proficiency in campaign and communication tools, analytics platforms, and budget management.
- A keen understanding of the evolving campaign and communication landscape and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present strategies and insights to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred :
- Familiarity with the social impact landscape, especially as it intersects with campaigns and communications.
