Foresly Interiors - Associate - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Working on cold calling with leads which are generated from digital marketing
2. Taking part in sales strategies & executing them
3. Networking (writing emails/visiting their offices/communicating with them on phone calls) with clients/architects/architecture firms/construction & infra companies/engineering consultancies/PMCS/interior companies
4. Coordinating with clients, architects of the company, QS manager, and project site team
5. Working on leads, following up regularly with them, and ensuring newly generated leads are closed for the next process of execution
6. Working closely with the business development manager in listing out various clients based on industry type, actively preparing documentation, and RFP, and responding to all client queries throughout the project lifecycle (as assigned)
7. Working and achieving set targets (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
Qualifications :
1. Experience : 0-3 years
2. Any degree is accepted
3. Candidate should be a confident communicator with a positive attitude & optimism, interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Candidate should be a self-motivated individual with self-thinking
5. Candidate should be resourceful along with hard-working nature, commitment, and dedication
6. Strong oral and written communication skills
7. Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
8. Excellent leadership skills
9. Experience setting sales goals
10. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
