Job Summary :
We are a marketing and development agency offering SEO, SMO, PPC, ORM, Web & App development, designing and branding services to clients across 4 continents. We are looking for a high energetic Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team for the Americas region. An ideal candidate should have prior experience in the marketing and development field. We also expected you to have knowledge of researching prospects, identifying new leads and potential new markets, and have demonstrated strong skills in digital marketing, business development and inside sales.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Assist in generating new business.
2. Creating and managing a list of prospects of our target client segments
3. Contacting client prospects and making the initial & final pitch for our services.
4. Interacting with clients to understand their branding, digital marketing and design requirements.
5. To put together a clear-cut marketing/design brief for the benefit of both the client & our strategy, technology and creative team.
6. Generating a personal target of lead generation and follow up with each prospect.
7. To deliver personal targets of lead generation and conversions
8. Initiating and developing the relationships
9. Plan and execute a compelling Sales plan for the client and revenue growth
10. Experience in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to Increased revenue opportunities with existing clients.
11. Developing and utilizing a pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplace
Key Skills :
1. Business Development, Sales Experience, Sales Management, SEO Tools, Knowledge of web/app development technology stacks.
2. Expertise in positioning solutions effectively at all levels of the client organization
3. Fluency in proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with influencers and decision-makers,
4. Highly developed client service and client satisfaction focus mindset is a must
5. Experience and ability in operating within a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team
6. Strong communicator, both in person and especially in writing. Strong Email Writing
