About ForeignAdmits : ForeignAdmits is a B2B digital platform that helps study abroad consultants amplify their students' admissions and post-admissions journey. About the Role :
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be the face of ForeignAdmits to our B2B customers (clients) and in the market. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between clients and the customer service team, building the foundation for a stellar customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with clients to ensure they provide constant business to ForeignAdmits
- Review and report business growth from your assigned clients
- Review and activate clients who have been dormant by meeting and interacting with them, as well as through marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns for clients
- Work closely with the customer success team, ensuring timely reporting of service fulfillment or service status to clients for their assigned leads
- Prepare, maintain, and report timely as per the company's need, the MIS for the clients
- Have in-person and online interaction on a periodic basis with all your assigned clients to understand their business and requirements closely, to help them with our services, and to ensure a proper client persona in our system
