Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Tele-caller to be responsible for generating interested leads for forBinary platform.

The Telecaller executive responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, recommending the right solutions and generating health interest from leads. To be successful as a Telecaller executive, you `should stay up-to-date with product features and be able to clearly pitch to customers.

Job Description :

- To generate leads by cold calling/emailing clients - To provide all product related information to potential clients

- To coordinate with other members of the team to actively promote sales opportunities through information sharing

- Maintain information records of every customer interaction

- Adhering to the process flows that are set to ensure consistency and smoothness in operations

- To perform pricing related negotiations and convince customers to buy the product
