Forbidden Foods - Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and emails
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Experience, Competencies and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have with 1-3 years of customer support experience preferably with a new age brand
- Must have experience in both calls and email support
- A Graduate/undergraduate from a reputed university
- A empathetic problem solver with High-energy
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident, pleasing and amiable personality
- Uncompromising ethical behaviour in all dealings
- Proficient in common IT tools/ software and tech savvy
