Responsibilities :

- Manage copy generation and image selection for paid native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain etc).

- Perform A/B testing on the voice, copy, and imagery that appeals to the brand audience on each platform. Present insights to key internal stakeholders.

- Maximize CTR in paid campaigns using analysis of copy and image data.

- Maximize CPA in paid campaigns using analysis of copy and image data.

- Manage day-to-day optimizations, turn off ads across native and paid social platforms.

- Implement best policy practices per platform to minimize ad rejection rate.

- Create and maintain a catalogued image library for free stock images, with identified top performers.

- Maintain current industry knowledge on copy and image trends across native and paid social platforms.

Requirements :

- 3+ Years of experience in copywriting.

- Experience working on paid social and native platforms.

- Understanding of reporting as per Campaign KPIs - Lead Generation, CPL, Conversion, CPA.

- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.

- Able to generate actionable insights from data analysis that translates to valuable marketing decisions.

- Proven experience in increasing CTR and CPA through ad analysis.

- Flexible copy voice and image style.

- Can navigate ambiguity on new projects/markets and able to run seamless operations.
