Position: Community Manager
Locations : Bangalore, Delhi-NCR & Mumbai
We have an immediate opening for "Community Managers. This position involves building community and management of Subject Matter Experts, Hospitality Professionals, Hotel Management Students, Hotel Management Institutes and Recruitment Firms.
Foodlinked, a professional business network for hospitality professionals. It allows members like industry experts,employers, workers, job seekers, institutes and students to create profiles and "connections" to each other in an online social network which may represent real-world professional relationships.
FoodLinked is a B2B SaaS Product Co. in the space of HR Tech specially for hospitality industry and helping hotels/restaurants to take Informed decisions in the areas like Hiring, Training and Career Succession processes.
Job Responsibilities :
- You will be building communities consisting of influencers, experts in hospitality industry, hotel management institutes, hotel management students through lead researching and profiling.
- Your role as a community manager is to then drive members to the appropriate groups for ongoing discussions, connect members to each other.strengthen the community by making active connections, organizing regular meetups, Lead events to execution. Manage the local events calendar and ensure a constant flow of events. Represent Foodlinked in various industry specific events (internal and external). Maintain a tracker and periodically report data
- In addition to Foodlinked-produced content, you will also be responsible for our external webinar program and will drive our new Meet Up programs. The community environment will also include amazing community-generated content.
- You will have to Identify passionate subject matter experts to lead discussions within the community to foster collaboration & content generation.
- You will also serve as the curation leader for your communities ensuring that members have access to the best and latest content necessary for their success, regardless of where the content is created or hosted.
- You will have to Identify trending and hot topics on the community.
- You will be gathering the community's technical requirements and share it strategically with the community's product team at FoodLinked.Serve as the eyes and ears of the community to key internal partners such as sales, product, support and marketing.
- You will be participating in the community management network events to stay fresh and relevant as well as to educate and communicate.

Required Skills:
- This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.Ability to interpret website traffic and online communities engagement metrics. Knowledge of online marketing channels, attention to details and ability to multitask
- Strong research and analytical skills
- A strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Management, Media Studies, related fields or equivalent work experience.
Desired Experience :
- Candidates with minimum 2-7 years with an experience in community building, public relations, relationship management, event management, strategic alliances, partner development, influencers development and management.
