FoodHub - Customer Service Role - International Voice Process (1-4 yrs)
- Initiating contact with existing customers to help them further their business by acquiring new customers
- Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition for the customer.
- Analyze client's requirements and suggest new ways to acquire customers and new revenue streams and to assist the customer with the same.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
- Making weekly market development calls to customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
- Act as the point of contact for the client with other departments in the organization in order to facilitate client requests.
- Assist in planning/developing co-promotional campaigns, events, and B2C activities.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Conduct promotional activities for market development & brand visibility.
