Fonetti - Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the WhatsAPI platform, creating and maintaining databases in CRM, building reports and MIS, exposure in automation, creating chatbots, and email marketing through SendGrid or any other mail server.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the WhatsAPI platform and ensure smooth operations.
- Create and maintain databases in CRM, build reports and MIS for regular updates.
- Implement automation and create chatbots to enhance user experience.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using SendGrid or any other mail server.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and automation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing the WhatsAPI platform and creating and maintaining databases in CRM.
- Experience in creating chatbots and email marketing through SendGrid or any other mail server.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building reports and MIS using advance excel
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
