Fonds Nikkel Consulting is currently hiring for Head of IT - Business Vertical.

Educational Qualification - Graduation in Engineering or Science with MBA in marketing preferable
Certifications: Desirable to have certifications on various solution.
Experience: 10/15 years of experience in the field of IT solution sales and related business. Should be technology savvy and out of box thinking capabilities. Have strong exposure to run a business vertical independently or a regional office of a reputed IT company for at least 5 years.
Should have clarity and open thought on Strategic role, Operational role, Organizational role. Should be clear on organizational needs and deliverables. Dynamic personality with positive attitude.
Ability to take independent decision keeping in mind both short term and long-term goal of organization.
Desirable Skill Sets of the candidate in the areas of :
1] Marketing, Sales and customer service
2] Communication & negotiation,
3] Leadership
4] Financial management
5] Project management & planning
6] Networking. Should be result driven and customer focused with leadership and human resource management skill covering training, coaching, motivation and development.
Role :
- The candidate should be able to run a business vertical independently as a profit center.
- P&L Responsibility of the vertical
- He will be responsible to devise and implement strategies to drive topline as well as bottom line growth.
- He will foray into new areas of business apart from growing the existing lines.
- He will be responsible to recruit, train and develop people and to build a sustainable business model for long term growth.
Responsibilities in detail :
The IT solution sales vertical focusses on solutions in IT infrastructure covering Servers, storage, backup solution, Networking and Information security. The projects teams focus areas are physical security, Power solution covering UPS and IP telephony. The leading brands we represent in the Sultanate are Lenovo, TrendMicro, Arcserve, Juniper, Sonicwall, Schneider, Aventura, Centrify to name a few.
The company is looking for an individual who can independently drive the IT solution sales vertical.
