Corporate Sales Manager
- Perform market research and segmentation through primary and secondary sources by collecting data and information on the internet, phone calls, E-mail surveys, and any other means
- Generate leads, active selling, and closure of deals through the targeted selling of the company's product and services to key stakeholders in major infrastructure & utility companies, mining corporations, and public service units through in-person methods
- Understanding client requirements and how current hiring solutions can benefit their processes with little or no adaptation/change.
- Quantify gains in terms of time and capital for a use case or a particular requirement of the client
Accountable for - PROGRAM MANAGING - Recruitment :
- Partnering with senior Engineering leaders, shape the talent strategy, provide guidance on addressable talent pools.
- Create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and help deliver top candidates for complex roles through Market mapping.
- Build the company's Professional Network through relationships with HR professionals, Practice Heads, Business Decision Makers, and other external Service Providers.
- Grow and manage sourcing channels to ensure robust and healthy pipeline include, but are not limited to Agencies / Suppliers, University / Campus, Social Media, Job Boards, etc.
- Partner with Procurement Team and Internal stakeholders to identify new agency partners / Suppliers.
- Tracking of Recruiting METRICS (time, quality, cost) and provide regular reporting and progress updates to leadership and other key internal stakeholders.
- Identifying process and service improvements to ensure the Recruitment Process is an efficient and positive experience for stakeholders
- Constantly engage with and endorse evolving hiring opportunities to existing and repeating clients, follow-up, stay in touch and repeatedly push for bigger deals as a part of the engagement process.
- Build an enterprise sales team and guide the team members to meet their individual sales targets.
- Guide customers on service selection & product related services.
- Good communication and proposal writing skills that ensure terms are clear, concise and watertight.
