Focaloid Technologies - Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
- The Inside Sales executive will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, resilient, willing to take responsibility, and extremely disciplined. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers.
- Identifies business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct outbound calls/emails/social media to prospective and existing business customers to enhance sales.
- Conducting secondary research into company finances, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
- Competitor analysis & positioning against them
- Pre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging- Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)
- Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities, passing all calls to the senior team to close.
- Maintaining regular and documented contact with the existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM l Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Able to research and build a detailed understanding of the customer environment and sector
- Able to follow up with potential leads and understand their pain points
Candidate Profile :
- Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM or Equivalent Degree from a reputed university
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
- Strong, in-depth analytical skill
- Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette l Account Mapping & Social Selling ability
- Networking & Team Management
