Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in paid media strategies, and a proven track record of driving ROI through digital advertising. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize conversions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting to improve ad relevance and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting options for maximum efficiency.
- Manage and optimize Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated on Google Ads and Meta Ads algorithm updates, policies, and best practices.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to improve ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Generate and present performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns, audience expansion, and budget allocation.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a successful track record.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and Meta retargeting campaigns.
- Proficiency in audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and data attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and insights for optimization.
- Experience in budget management and ad spend optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present campaign performance insights effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
