Flyberry - Associate - Store Sales (1-10 yrs)
- Create a successful sales culture.
- Manage all staff under his/her oversight to ensure that daily activities are completed and that sales are maximized.
- Support the store's, supervisors, and corporate partners' existing communication channels.
- Establish and enforce company standards to provide quality service to their customers.
- Organize commodities sold and bought as well as coordinate the flow from the warehouse to the sales floor before purchase.

- Maintain a high level of personal integrity (e.g., following Loss Prevention practices and rules, working according to a stated schedule, keeping accurate timekeeping records, etc.)
- Participate in completing all merchandising chores in the period allowed.
- Know the greatest sellers, where they should be placed, and assures that sales are on par with or better than the company's average
