Flutura - Manager - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
How will you create an impact within Flutura?
You will play an important role as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in helping us to set up target number of product Demos by prospecting via cold calls, emails and social channels with a focus on defined target segments. The performance is gauged on the number of qualified product Demos you generate every month.
You will be challenged to
- Learn about Flutura's offerings and target Prospects.
- Understand the Inside Sales cadence and systematic multiple touch point Prospecting methodology.
- Be robust and tenacious in your effort, approach and overcoming objections, while articulating Flutura's value proposition with the Prospects.
- Follow-up with Prospects in timely manner to nurture them until they become Sales Qualified Leads.
- Focus on filling top of the Sales Funnel for the Sales team to identify and win new business opportunities
Technical/Functional Skills:
- 4 to 6 years of work experience in a B2B Lead generation role preferably for North America geography in a SaaS or a PaaS company.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak with all the stakeholders involved. Must be able to engage prospects over the phone with a high degree of confidence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Lead generation targets and Connect to Opportunity conversions.
- Persuasive, persistent and professional while communicating with prospects via phone and email.
- Experience of using a Sales CRM and recording every Prospecting activity on it.
- A determined and self-supervising individual who can work independently in North America hours.
- A University degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
