FlowerAura - Manager - eCommerce (5-15 yrs)
Role Summary:
- The Ecommerce Head will be responsible for driving profit and revenue through the Company's D2C platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing successful D2C ecommerce businesses with significant YOY growth, leveraging customer acquisition, category strategies, and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the comprehensive commercial plan for the ecommerce business.
- Prepare Annual Operating Plans and Sales Plans to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external e-commerce agencies to identify and unlock revenue and profit opportunities.
2. P&L Ownership:
- Manage the P&L of the ecommerce business, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance across all digital channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
3. Online Strategy & Execution:
- Drive the overall ecommerce strategy, including category development, product catalog optimization, and merchandising.
- Improve customer experience by identifying and implementing features like new payment solutions, communication tools, and mobile solutions.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee performance marketing efforts, monitoring and optimizing channel performance (e.g., Performance Marketing, SEO, Retention Marketing, Affiliate marketing).
- Partner with Brand Marketing to align ecommerce campaigns with overall brand goals.
5. Data-Driven Growth:
- Analyze site metrics and conversion funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and improve site performance.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate initiatives and continuously refine the ecommerce strategy.
6. Industry Research & Innovation:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating advanced ecommerce tools and solutions.
7. Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to drive ecommerce success.
- Oversee all ecommerce-related project management, prioritizing workflows for maximum impact on business growth.
